How to Use Beard Oil?

Our bodies produce oil naturally. When our bodies produce oil naturally its called sebum oil. Sebum oil is an oily, waxy substance produced by your body's sebaceous glands. It coats, moisturizes, and protects your skin and facial hair.

As your beard begins to grow your body can not produce enough sebum oil to keep your beard and your skin moisturized. Have you experienced an itchy beard about 30 days of not shaving? If so your body is not producing enough natural sebum oil for your increased amount of facial hair. If you find your beard to be itchy, you should invest in a quality beard oil to help moisturize your skin and facial hair.

Why BEARDED beard oil is better?

As with all of our products our beard oils are proudly made in the USA! Our beard oils come in a black glass 2-ounce dropper top bottle to best preserve the ingredients in the beard oil. If your beard oil comes in a blue or clear glass bottle, dump that stuff! The UV light that penetrates those bottles will break down your beard oils and make them less effective. All of our beard oils are made fresh at the time of order! We don't make your beard oil until you order it!

How to Use Beard Oil?

Use daily after washing your face or taking a shower.

  1. Apply to a damp beard but not wet
  2. Drop 2 to 5 drops or more of beard oil into the palm (The longer the beard the more drops, shorter, less)
  3. Rub oil between palms and then massage into face and then beard. You want to get to the roots and your skin beneath your beard

You will want to use a beard comb if your beard is very long or tangles easily. A beard comb will also allow you to evenly distribute the oil throughout your beard.
